I have a few questions.

1. Are any of these homes available for rent or rent-to-own?
2. Are their any restrictions of anykind in the financial area of teh buyers?
3. Are you willing to work with people who’ve had financial problems whether loss of job, bankruptcy, etc. but are capable of havign a mortgage now?
4. Are you the financier ofthe loans or do you go through a bank?
5. Are there homes still available in teh Lee Summit, MO area?
6. How much longer is teh Lifetime Warranty being offered?
7. Will this apply to rentals, if you offer them?

I shopped the competition before deciding on a builder. RC homes are so well competitively priced compared to other builder’s in the K.C. market. And no one else offers such a warranty. Check them out!

I’m a big golf fanatic and have looked at your homes at Valley View in Farmington. I heard you recently hosted a big golf tournament and would like to know more about the tournament and plans for future golf tournaments. Can you email me information on the latest golf tourny, I want to see if I stand a chance next time if I buy in Valley View.

Thank you for your questions. The $8,000 tax credit is for first time home buyers, but there is a $6,500 tax credit for repeat home buyers. For repeat home buyers, they must have lived in their current home for 5 of the last 8 years. As far as the time overseas, all the research we’ve done points to 90 consecutive days of service. Does the military still have to be a first time home buyer? I had heard they made some changes to this and I have not had the time to research. We have owned our home for 3 1/2 years and as far as I can tell, we are not eligible. My husband however has spent plenty of time overseas to make us eligible for the military personnel tax credit but I am still thinking that because we already bought a home, we are not eligible. Also, does the 90 days over seas have to be consecutive?

I’m interested in seeing some of your homes. I would like to be located in Van Buren, AR. I’ve seen your sign and it said no money down and 550.00 per month, does that also include taxes and insurance?
I would like to see what I have to do to get into one of your homes.
